So I’m just wondering what people do when drinking alcohol whilst having a breastfed baby do they pump to make enough milk whilst they’re drinking? Do they sell breastfeed whilst drinking making sure that they’re not pissed whilst breastfeeding? How much alcohol actually goes into a breastfeed baby ?
So my milk has just come in and my boobs are rock hard, leaking and sooooo sore. I am offering my baby breast at every feed but he isn’t really taking it at the moment. I don’t have a breast pump yet. If I wait a few days is the pain going to get worse??
I have been expressing for around an hour and this is all I have managed to produce. My boobs dont feel full anymore and im no longer leaking but my 5 weeks old is still being breastfed. What am I doing wrong?
Hi! I’m soon to go back to work, and dreading it due to my 7 month old baby girl being extremely stubborn and not taking a bottle. I also want to stop breastfeeding for various reasons. Does anyone have any recommendations or success stories of a similar situation that they could share with me? I’m losing hope and f...

I have twin sons born at 34+3 on 04/03/2024, they’re suffering quite bad with trapped wind and poo. I have tried the standard bicycle legs and tummy massages but doesn’t do anything for my boys. I struggle to see them in pain, has anyone got any advice on how else to relieve their gas & pain ?

I had my baby 2 days ago (vaginally) I can feel that I’m going to need a poo but I’m really scared on how it’s going to feel as I have stitches. Is it as bad as people say? What can I do to ease the pain?
Hello! My baby (8weeks+1 day) is breastfed. Her dad. Who sees her all of two hours sometimes four hours a week is trying to get her onto bottles asap so she can stay with him. He is now threatening legal action because of this. Baring in mind I haven’t started bottles yet as I have been waiting to have a mature civi...

Anyone else used / using one? Ordered and it came today. Only tried it briefly before baby went down for bed but wow it has taken such a weight off my shoulders back and arm. My 18 month olds been sleeping really bad, taking ages to go to sleep tonight he manage to get his bag off and is laying down and settling himself, is it time?
I just thought I’d give anyone who’s worried about going on holiday a bit of hope… She wakes and goes to sleep at different times each day (7-8.30am and 8-9.30pm), feeds and naps when she wants. We have absolutely zero routine. She’s no longer fighting any naps (unless you count windy beach meltdown) and is sleepi...
I feel my 13 month old is ready to drop to one nap as she is refusing later nap and not going down at night. What does your schedule look like with 1 nap? I worry as I usually take her out in the afternoons but don’t want her to miss her nap.
So my 10 month old has recently started waking up with a completely dry nappy, then when she’s been awake for a bit she’ll have a massive wee, she’s breastfed still every 2 hours in the day and sleeps through the night or wakes up once for a feed but even with that she’ll still wake with a dry nappy. I’ve taken her ...
Are we all still using sleep sacks? My son is showing interest in removing it. It used to be just in the morning when he woke up but now he's trying to take it off when he goes to bed. I also don't know when to start with blanket and pillow 😭 he's still in his crib, we haven't planned to change to toddler bed yet.
