Pregnancy postpartum

Hey, So I just wondered, and this may be a really stupid question but, can you get pregnant from pre cum? I’m 7 months postpartum and me & my partner had sex for the first time about 3 weeks ago, he just pulled out when it was time. I was due my period on 10th April, it did come but was really light and basically spotting for a day or two.. I have had this before when I was on the mini pill but not on anything at the moment and my previous periods prior to this were normal! My next period isn’t due until 8th May but I’ve had a couple of days recently were I feel sick and have been tired so was really just wondering if it was possible to get pregnant from pre cum?
