It’s a few things that could be happening 1. You don’t drink enough water. 2. He doesn’t bathe as often as he should, which if you all are having unprotected sex, it’s going to cause an infection. 3. He is stepping out on you with someone else and not using protection when he does.

Maybe try having sex after u both have had a shower because once I got to 6 months I had back to back uti’s and I think when we do it at night we used the bathroom multiple times throughout the day and being intimate before bed was probably mixing bacteria. It’s just my assumption so I don’t have sex unless we use a condom or shower first

If he is putting his fingers in you make sure he washes his hands first ! If he is putting his mouth on you make sure he brushes his teeth and tongue and cleans his mouth out ! And definitely make sure he just isn’t pulling it out putting it in you ! It may be lent from his boxers on his private area or anything ! Make him wash it first . And if your putting ur mouth on him make sure you do the same with washing your mouth

it’s either he’s not cleaning himself properly or he’s stepping out I used to have reoccurring utis with an ex didnt understand why but it was those reasons or both now i’ve never gotten a uti with now partner/husband

@Jessica how could him having unprotected sex lead to a UTI? A UTI is different from BV, which can be caused by unprotected sex with multiple partners.

It’s most likely sweat/dirt from either of you while having sex. But it could also be due to not peeing after sex or not drinking enough water

Everything is possibly true here that’s stated. Using a condom also can cause uti. UTI are very hard to pinpoint exactly where they come from even doctors say this. Because it’s multiple ways that states how you can possibly get them. If it is treated and then you get a std he’s cheating. But If you want to rule out cheating go through that phone.

@Nyiaa you’re not exactly wrong, but we do know exactly what causes UTIs and condoms per se would not be a risk on their own. Maybe reusing condoms or not changing them. UTIs are really just caused by bacteria or issues with kidney or bladder function
