I’m the same it’s horrible. I sometimes do a 10 min sleep meditation (app called Balance) and concentrate on slow breathing to try and relax again to help fall asleep. Like Libby I also use a pillow spray.
I am really struggling with this. There’s a (paid) app called Headspace which has some good sleep music and sleep podcasts (sleep casts), and I’ve also been listening to The Sleepy Bookshelf and Get Sleepy which are free. Sometimes it helps but not tonight!

I use an eye mask and I read a couple of pages of my book- strictly no screens and I’m off in minutes normally x
I really struggle with this too!! I’m sometimes awake for hours afterwards. I’ve recently started using a neom pillow spray and a tiserand roll on and found they’ve really helped
