Freezing

I buy my chicken cooked but frozen for meals to have during the week and only take out what we need and when, but we are starting to batch cook now and I wasn’t sure if I could take some chicken out, cook with whatever I’m using then freeze the meal with the chicken? 😅 Like unfreeze cooked chicken, cook it into a meal then freeze the whole meal? Thanks
