What do you all use to increase your supply?

So we’re working on baby boys latch but those who pump and latch what does pumping look like for you? is it after feeds? do you pump every time? are you pumping less? (i only pump but once baby boy latches id love to pump a lot less)

I was ALWAYS told that boob stimulation can throw you into labor... but then I just watched a video on Facebook reels of a woman who was saying that now her boobs started leaking, it's time to start collecting the colostrum to have it for when the baby is born.

Hi, my baby uses mam bottles with test size 2. She’s starting to fuss with her bottles and I’m trying size 3 but can’t figure out if it’s the right step. Question: how long did it take for baby to adjust to the next size up? Did they have to adjust or did it take time? TIA X
