I’m finally coming to terms that my husband and I need to get a divorce. He’s been cheating on me for the whole time we’ve been together. (I just found out today that it’s been happening the whole time) but I knew about the last 1and 1/2 years or so. I tried to talk it out. I tried working things out for our 6m old son. But I just can’t. I need advice on what the first steps are from people who’ve been through divorce. I have no money, no job, no car. I’m a stay at home mom, my husband refused to help me learn to drive, and all the money he makes from work? Me or his child rarely see even a tiny fraction of it…yet he’s always out of money, however rent is unpaid (almost got evicted twice) and utility bill is over $900 of bills and late fees. He never buys groceries or anything else. We’ve been out of toilet paper for DAYS and I’ve had to start using my babies wipes, which I HATE doing, because I don’t know how I’ll be able to get him more when we do run out, luckily, we received diapers and wipes at the baby shower, and we havent had to buy any wipes yet but that supply is low too. I love my son SO much and it absolutely kills me that his dad doesn’t. Here’s a picture of my cutie, in exchange for some advice or support.
