Has anyone been to a scan in secret because of their anxiety? I only had one a week ago and have another booked in 3 weeks time, but I don’t know if I can manage the wait but I know my partner will be a bit annoyed at me for spending more money

I stopped taking pregnacare vitamins due to sickness. My midwife said just take folic acid with I’ve been prescribed 5mg due to BMI. And she said buy vitamin D as thats all you need. I looked and mine are 1000ui and I’ve just read your meant to take 400ui. Should I switch to a lower dose ?

My God I feel absolutely shocking. Was sick 5 times during the night and my tummy is so off too 😭
