If your baby misses their afternoon nap would you or do you bring their bedtime forward?

What do you do with your LO in the day? I’ve run out of ideas of what to do with my nearly 14 month old. We sing, dance, read books, stack blocks, play in his ballpit or ride on digger.

Baby care

How do you handle 1st haircuts??

I already dealt with the first haircut with my oldest, but I was there for when it happened but this time I wasn’t there for my second child getting his haircut and I’m a little sad that I missed out I was wondering how to do all of you lovely mamas handle first haircuts if you are not there or if you’re there, how do you feel watching your little one get a first haircut??

Sensitive Toddler

My 14mo old son has always been a sensitive baby. He was colic and had acid reflux and generally is very sensitive and reactive to things and gets upset/frustrated quickly. There have been periods of time (2 weeks here and there) where everything is going right and he’s a completely content happy boy. However, if one thing is even slightly off (sleep, teething, sickness, etc.) he’s a wreck. Is this normal? Has anyone gone through this and had a happy kid as they got older?

Teething

I'm feel so incredibly helpless. Gels, wash cloth. Frozen fruit, celery, Tylenol, ibuprofen, Motrin, cuddling, baths, oils. Nothing fucking helps. Its just been scream crying all day and night. Very little sleep. She won't cosleep, but she'll only sleep if we're in the room. Again we can’t sleep together, she just wants to pace and play all night. We don't have a life anymore, no breaks, she won't nap. We took her to the dentist and she said it was normal and she's nowhere close to done. She only has 5 teeth right now. We're so lost right now. Our baby is just crying in her crib, we don't want her to cry it out, but we don't want to take care of her frustrated either. Shes usually such an easy baby. Idk what to do... is this normal?
