I'm 9 weeks. It feels like a gas bubble, it happens in the area the baby could be. but it's instantaneous and it happens like once a day

Hi everyone! I'm new to this. Can anyone else share how long you have to wait for your next ultrasound appointment? I know I can call, but it seems like follow-ups are scheduled by trimester rather than every month, which makes me a bit anxious.

What does this mean?
I had a US scan at 7w6d and the result showed a fetal pole measuring 7w3d, heart rate of 161, and complex fluid in the cervical canal/lower aspect of the uterus. Does anyone have similar experience?
