I’m 7 weeks 4 days pregnant and I have no symptoms I had bad fatigue and tender breasts a week or 2 back but now nothing Has anyone else had this? I’m having an early scan on Saturday for reassurance

I’m 7 weeks today, last week the sickness was bad, I was vomiting a lot and was in the hospital at the weekend. I will be 7 weeks tomorrow. So far I haven't had many symptoms just mainly sore boobs. I woke up this morning and they feel a lot less sore so now I'm worrying. Any reassurance for me please 🥺🙏🏻
