I’ve had really intense Braxton hicks all day today and they can last up to twenty minutes at a time. I know it’s normal to have this tightening but it’s really uncomfortable even sitting or laying down when I have one. Is anyone else suffering with them like this?

I got an air-conditioner last summer that you put water with ice packs in and it doesn't really work. Looking for an option this year that actually cools a room! I'm nervous with a July baby and any heat waves - my house gets the afternoon sun and gets soooo warm. Does any one have any suggestions?
