I’ve taken a few classes just none that have us actually practice the breathing ourselves or practice labor poses. A few places say they have prenatal yoga on their website but it’s regular yoga classes that they say are also safe for pregnant women. I really want to find something specifically for labor preparation and healthy pregnancy.

My little girl is turning 6 in August, the 31st. I have tried multiple times to get her friends from school involved but it is what it is. She wants to do chuck e cheese or a group trip to busch gardens. Anyone interested in meeting up and hopefully coming to support my girl? I'd definitely be willing to return the favor. No gift requirement at all, just trying to give her an exciting, what she asked for birthday. Thank you!
