This little boy has bad fomo and refusing to nap . I don’t even know what to do anymore . I just tried for over an hour . Now he’s in his play pin with his purple monkey and toys . I feel guilty but nothing is working . 😭

What do your husbands do in order for you to stay home? How does your budgets look? Is anyone who isn’t a SAHM struggling? How many children do you have?

Yesterday I threw a birthday party for my one year old little man and invited about 10 people. I made the event over a month ago so everyone had plenty of time to plan… The only person who showed up was my best friend of 6 years. On the bright side: my son had fun, there was more cake for us, and now I know who my real one is. But it also made me realize I’d really love to build more friendships, especially with other moms who get how busy life gets. I’m in the Colorado Springs area and I’m pretty much down for anything: coffee runs, park days with the little ones, Target trips, gym buddies, camping/adventuring, running errands together, or even going out dancing. I’m also 420-friendly (I don’t smoke but my husband does). If you’re also looking for genuine mom friends and a little village, say hi!
