Twitching while sleeping
How do I know if my 1 week old twitching in his sleep is excessive or normal? I can wake him up from it but someone pointed it out that he is twitching alot and now it's worrying me that he is having seizures. I do have seizures but they aren't hereditary. I have non Epileptic Seizures.

How to stop cosleeping
So my son will be two in February. I know I shouldn’t have but he has slept with me since he was born. I know it’s going to be hard but I really need him to start sleeping in his own bed . Any tips ?
