Rolling

I have a feeling that our cloth diapers are holding back LO to roll over. He doesn’t even attempt to roll when he is wearing clothes (and obviously diapers) but once I take them off he basically doesn’t stop trying…

Anyone with the same experience? Any advice?

Edit: we‘re using esembly and are very happy with them

Wash help.

My girl is 5m old. I’ve been cloth diapering her for 2 months. We primarily use Nora’s nursery and have a few babygoals in the mix. We have 50ppm water and wash 3-4 days. I know now to switch to 2-3 days! My routine is pre wash: cold, deep clean, extra spin and rinse and precise water fill. Normal wash: deep clean, 2 lines of tide free and clear, extra spin extra rinse, hot water, precise fill. Dry on delicate low cycle.

My girls diapers are starting to get a strong ammonia smell….

Cloth diapers leaking

Hey folks, we use the Alvababy reusable diapers for our 3 month old and he just started leaking through them. I was told to double up on the inserts but to use bamboo ones for the second layer? Is that right? And they both have to be in the pocket, not against his skin?

Skin conditions

I've really been trying to make this work...help please!

My son is about to be 4 months and we are using the Essembly system. I want to love it, but my son has been getting a rash/redness. I've tried adding borax to the wash, changing more frequently... The only thing I know to try at this point is adding the moisture wicking liners.

Could he be having some kind of reaction to the fabric itself? I don't want to give up because I love the idea of cloth diapering. And a lot of money has been spent on this system. But I can't allow my son to just live with this.

Any others experience this as well? Im open to all advice. Thanks!
