My little girl is nearly 1 and she has an igE allergy to milk & egg. I asked about transitioning her off formula to alternatives now she’s 1 but the dietician said she can stay on formula until she’s 2 and to just keep introducing them with her breakfasts and things and more alternatives like yoghurts. Does anyone have any suggestions for dairy free yoghurts that are sugar free even better if they’re fortified. My little one is nearly 1 and it’s just so hard to constantly try and find different alternatives
