It shows “not pregnant” but there are 3 blue lines (2 faint and one solid). I’ve been reading up and it suggests it could be early pregnancy but the sensor hasn’t detected it. Anyone experienced this?

It’s my first time planning for a pregnancy as my last was a complete surprise. I am have been getting cramps, head ache and now have a sore throat. I tested this morning and it was a negative. Feeling a bit disheartened. Maybe I’m just coming down with something and not pregnant. Anyone else 8DPO?
