So I'm 37.5 hours and looking to drop to 36 to stop my make up shift. Anyone know if it makes much difference to your pension as been told 36 hours is classes as part time and will effect pension alot

I work 3 days per week (22.5hrs). My annual leave sheet says my annual leave entitlement is 153 hours - excluding bank holidays. Hi, I’m due to go on Mat leave soon. I’m due my next increment 2 month before I start my mat leave. Will my maternity pay be adjusted to reflect the increment? Or will I not get paid the increment as I wasn’t earning that during the qualifying period? Hope that makes sense. Thankyou
