Are there any physios or anyone that could advise where I could buy Tubgrip big enough for my torso? I had one that I could wear over my stomach when I was pregnant but I can't find it and my back is killing me again!

Working 12+ hour shifts

I RTW next week. I am a nurse and working long shifts means I am out the house for 14 hours per day. It's fully hit me that I won't see my LO at the days I am working, and breaks my heart.
