Hi all, just looking for advice if anyone can help, I have tried tracking my ovulation with LH test strips but I’ve only ever caught my peak twice in god knows how many years I’ve been using the strips so was wondering what other ways I could track or figure out my ovulation (if I’m ovulating that is🤦♀️)

Has anyone else taken these supplements and their period has stopped? I used to take MyProtein inositol, which I then conceived my first baby, but TTC our second and now I have had no peak ovulation (always around 0.4) and currently having an extremely long cycle.
