TTC🌈 post miscarriage

I miscarried a week ago and my gynecologist wants to see me tomorrow for a follow up. This is my third miscarriage and for the last two, he saw me 3 weeks after. Im just anxious and wondering why he might want to see me sooner this time.

My last period was 26th December 2025 Had sx on the 3rd,5th,and twice on the 8th.

Had a faint positive on the 24th January 2026, a second test on the 29th January.

How many weeks should I be by now?

Going for an emergency ultrasound today, I've had bleeding. I'm hoping to hear a heartbeat ❤️❤️❤️ Also this will be my first scan. I should be around 8-9 weeks.

I miscarried my second baby at 11 weeks pregnant on January 26th. It’s been over 3 weeks and I’m still spotting and still getting positive pregnancy tests. I want to try again so bad and I feel like time is going so slow. When did you stop testing positive and when did you ovulate after your miscarriage?

Started spotting brown discharge today (7w4d), now gone to the toilet and have this. Unsure if I should be worried or not?
