I've just found out I'm pregnant with baby no. 2 and have been trying to go through a fitness journey while juggling motherhood and mental health. Has anyone got any tips on the best experiences to do during a second pregnancy with a 1 year old please?

I’m 4 weeks post op with my c section. I know recovery is 6 weeks, however I’m wondering how long people have left it before returning to the gym or getting back running? And what exercises you started off with and how long is was before you could do all the things at the gym you could do before the operation.

I’ll start, during pregnancy I managed to put on 30 kg( 5 stones) which was a shock to me as I was sick all the time and barely managed to eat anything.
