Protein intake

How many grams of protein should I be getting a day? For reference I’m 127ish pounds. I was hitting over 100, but then I feel like I’m not getting in enough fruits & carbs and I’m basically only eating protein. I feel like 1 gram per pound is just too much 😅

Soooooo.... I just worked out for the first time since having my baby and OMG.... My body is weak af!! Is this normal????

Is it possible to do Body recomp at home? I want to shrink my waist and grow my booty I have 15 & 20 lbs dumbbells, workout matt, treadmill, resistance band… Or is it better to go to the gym?

And what should I focus on there? The weight room intimidates me at my gym there’s sooo many men & people there taking over it 24/7 lol
