I just made a start on the stone paintings for my daughters mud kitchen. What do we think? Pretty proud of them so far haha!

Defintely still a basic beginner and I’ve knitted it WAY too tight (scared to wash it) but how did I do? It’s 170 rows, 10 across, 1 ball of microfiber super chunky yarn using 8mm needles.

Starting a bigger one in purple for my 4 year old and doing it a LOT looser, my hands arent cramping this time and my finger tips aren’t sore from needlepoints 🫠 using a 9mm needle so it’s looser and will tighten up when washed.

Any advice from actual knitters? I’m just doing a basic knit stitch, I’ve watched some videos on dropping stitches to try make a hole in the middle for her to loop it through but definitely feeling out of my depth. When did it start coming naturally for you?

Omg, I put up a HANDMADE autumnal wreath on vinted with crochet pumpkins to see if I could sell it. Put it up for 7 pounds. The wreath itself is worth 7 pounds for godssake. After literally two minutes someone wants to buy it for 4.50… I just feel like people want temu prices for EVERYTHING. How do we even sell things these days? I’ve thought about making an Etsy crochet shop, but even there sellers have to compete with temu and canva digital products. Feels like there’s no room for actual handmade items to sell for WHAT THEYRE WORTH! I’m a bit baffled tbh. I don’t even want a successful business, I just make things and want to share/sell it, but not taking the piss not even paying for the product itself

Im struggling to describe it to google to see if patterns exist already and ive spent a few days trying to work it out myself but it’s not working out. I want it to kinda be a solid shape so i can sew on the vault numbers later on
