Early pregnancy symptoms

Any advise?

Hi I'm just 12weeks pregnant, had my ultrasound done yesterday morning but now I just came from the ER. I couldn't sleep last night because of a back pain and it turned out to be a Urine infection/ posible kidney stones. I'm on medication for 1week to see if it goes away, but honestly I feel like sh*t. Does this happen to you? What can I do?
