Small Gestational Sac
Help! I had my first US at 6+2 and my gestational sac was measuring 10mm or 5 weeks 1 day where as my CRL was measuring 6mm - 6 weeks 3days. Is this a sign for impending miscarriage?

Hi! Please tell me this is normal….I am 6 weeks 5 days and I am feeling extremely tired, weak, and have had diarrhea for the past 2 days. Is this normal? It feels like I have the flu but no vomiting or fever. I did not have this when I was pregnant with my son so I’m freaking out a little bit!
