What is the best hospital grade breast pump to buy?
Been discharged today after spending a week in hospital and whilst I was there I was using their breast pump and it’s the only pump I have felt empty and not engorged with.

Cleaning pump
When pumping do you have to sterilise the pump after each use? Seems excessive if I’m pumping 8 times a day! Can I sterilise once a day then just use hot water to rinse in between? (Exclusive pumping) thanks!

I wanted to know if it is ok to buy a lot nursing bra or the size might change when I stop breastfeeding? Or pumping?

I have momcozy pump do I have to sterilize every time I pump ? Or can I keep using it for the day then sterilize after the day ends? Also when they are sterilized do you have to dry the water off completely as I have been doing or is it ok to use straight away ?
