Had the worse Valentine’s Day!

Shared parental levae for teachers
Does anyone know how the shared parental leave works? I get the jist but i don't too. Am i right in saying it goes from 100%, to 90% full pay to then statutory pay for the remaining? Why do we get paid for the half term? Is that half pay spread across the maternity leave? Where does that money come from?! Also can...
