Feeling really dehydrated right now, I'm not good at drinking water it sounds so silly! The answer to this would be to just drink water obviously. I've come to a point where I have no energy and am feeling faint plus exhausted
Plus exhausted as my little boy wakes me up ALOT during the night. Anything that can help you rehydrate quickly??
