Trying for a baby

Thyroxine voice changes

I’ve been on thyroxine for 7-8 weeks now and I’ve noticed that my voice feels and sounds hoarse and scratchy at times and also has become deeper. Has anyone else experienced this?

How quick

Hi guys, just been told I have an under active thyroid so I’m 50mg of levothyroxine, how quickly can I get pregnant since being on this? I already have a baby boy. So been ttc for 7 months but feeling hopeful now I’m on this? But how long did it take you all to conceive once being on this?

Postpartum symptoms

Underactive thyroid

Has anyone been diagnosed with underactive thyroid? I have recently..the Dr said its fairly common after birth and can often resolve itself...I've to have another blood test in a month to see if it has sorted itself out if not we will discuss medications etc. I dont actually feel too bad..im tired but no more than usual. Ive experienced hair poss and a sensitive scalp but put that down to post partum hair loss. Just intrigued to hear anyone else's experience?

Hey 👋🏽 I was diagnosed with underactive thyroid’s almost 2 years ago now. They are still sorting oil my medication doses. I was wondering have any of you missed a period due to your medication not being sorted. My periods starting sorting them selves of for the last 4 months and now I’m 7 days late and keep having negative test and vaginal dryness or white stringy discharge

Pregnancy Week by Week: Second Trimester

Underactive thyroid problems

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I have had a phonecall from the doctor at the hospital and been told that I've got an underactive thyroid so need to start some tablets as it can affect me and the baby if I don't get it treated in my pregnancy. I've had thyroid issues in the past but i hadn't had them checked in awhile so I'm glad the hospital got them checked on Tuesday this week. I just hope everything will be okay. Xx
