June 2022 Babies 🇬🇧

I’m getting extremely worried (and easily irritable), and I hate who I have become. My 4 year old son has started school, and I also have a 4 month old baby. Needless to say - there have been changes in my son’s life that may have affected him and his behaviour. He has always been full of energy, but more and more I notice him not being able to remain still unless he is eating or watching tv. I feel like I’m constantly telling him off, I have started to raise my voice which I hate, and nothing seems to work. I need to repeat myself multiple times and I’m really burning out. Obviously, when I type any of this in on google, it’s giving me some ADHD tests etc, but I want to hear YOUR thoughts, having not seen or met my boy, and hear if anyone is experiencing something similar. I asked him if he is the same at school and if his teacher needs to call his name multiple times before he responds and he says no, so I assume he is not like that at school. I’m getting so tired I honestly don’t know how to make him focus more.

So we've booked a holiday in November which is in school time from Mon-Fri! Has anyone else booked a holiday during school? Do I just email the school to make them aware? What happened? 🫣

My 4 years old daughter is fully toilet trained or a year now but she still wears a nappy at night time and every morning her nappy is wet I tried telling her wake me up you can’t do pee in your nappy but when she is knocked out she does pee in her nappy I don’t know at what age they stop peeing at night time???
