Anyone else pregnant and not actually seen one midwife? My first pregnancy I had one midwife who I always saw and this time they are always different?

Am I being sensitive here or would you be annoyed like I am...

Back story..my son is on the neurodivergent pathway (he's 4)

His Dad was on FaceTime to his Mom & was talking about our son & how his teacher loved him at school & his Mom turned around & said 'Well he is a bit like Marmite..easy to love but even easier for him to do your head in'

His dad laughed it off but I'm genuinely pissed off that she could say that about her own grandchild

Planned C-section 26/02- really sore- painful!! - is this normal ?

Hi all, im looking to book a long weekend break in the UK ideally no more that 2 hrs from Birmingham. Has anyone got any suggestions of places suitable for a 2yr old, myself and my parents. She isnt great in the car and weve only got 3 or 4 nights so dont want to drive 3+ hours.
