I’m Rafaela, 29, originally from Lisbon, Portugal, and I’ve been living in St Albans for 2 years (moved from London). I’m currently on maternity leave and a first-time mum to little Oliver, who arrived via C-section on the 10th of Feb.

Being home alone most of the time has been a bit of a rollercoaster emotionally, and I’d love to meet some local mums for a gentle park walk, a chat, and some company - just to leave the house for a tiny bit and get to know each other.

My daughter loves ponies, but horseriding stables aren't insured for under 5s. I was just wondering if anyone has a really child friendly pony that my LO can talk to, give a basic groom, or even just sit on.
