Has anyone found that giving their baby their bedtime feed/bottle at the start of the bedtime routine helped with fewer nighttime wake ups? Baby is given a bottle to go to sleep with but he’s waking up in the nights and only a bottle can settle him. I need sleep 😭

If you have no family nearby, how do you go about finding a nanny for emergencies and/or sporadic needs? I have seen ads from agencies but am finding it hard to trust them.
