Late bedtime

My girl is 4 months and still 10pm roughly for bed time. How do I get this earlier? She is definitely ready earlier for bed. Any positive stories of people using pick up put down method?

Early morning wake

My 15 month old (as of today) woke up pretty early. She's on a 2 nap schedule. So I stretch wake windows or do super early bedtime?

To leave or not

I fed my four month old to sleep for her nap and then popped her in the crib, she woke up but was quite content so I left her there cooing away, it has now been twenty minutes and she is still cooing to herself, should I go in and pick her up and settle her or leave her a little longer and see if she goes to sleep?
