Baby waking up at 3am every day but last night I fed her and she kept waking up and crying every 30 mins !!! Why ? We ended up taking her into our bed and she fell asleep

My baby is 7 months old Tomorrow and her eating habits are so weird like this morning she ate like 4 oz and then had 4oz of baby food and then after that would only eat on 2 oz at a time she’s been doing this for a couple days. Anyone else? Any advice?
