Help, Is my milk drying up ?

So I just gave birth five weeks ago. I have been breast feeding and giving her formula. But over the weekend I got sick and I didn’t pump. And now I am only to pump one bottle today. How do I get my milk flow back??

Wearable Breast Pump Recommendations

My insurance covers some wearable Breast pumps. I have done some research but would like some feedback on the Mom cozy M5 , Mom Cozy S12 and the Elvie Stride. Feedback on cleaning, suction, comfort etc is appreciated!
