Mama of Multiples 🇺🇸

I joined this because my therapist told me I should, but I haven’t been able to even swipe on anyone because the voice in the back of my head keeps saying “no one wants a new friend who’s in the deep trenches of PPD”. I wouldn’t want to take on a new friend who’s deep in that, so who am I to swipe on someone and put that on a new friendship. What the heck am I even doing? How do I make new friends when I wouldn’t even want to be friends with myself?

Did anyone get diagnosed with a heart murmur after having twins?

So at first up until they turned 3 months I have been able to exclusively breastfeed my twins. They are now 4 months turning 5 months on the 14th but I’m not producing nearly as much as I did. They are eating 5 sometimes 6 oz per bottle each so I am having to combo feed. Any mamas have advice on how I can increase my supply? I’m trying to pump/ latch as many times as I can but sometimes the day just gets too busy. The most I can pump in a 24 hour period is 6 times but Google said to push for 10. I’m just finally getting some decent sleep and I really don’t want to give that up. Any advice would be amazing
