12 weeks PP - still no period?
Hi! I had my second baby 12 weeks ago now and still haven’t had my period. I’m formula feeding and only breastfed for the first few days. Should I be worried? I did a pregnancy test a couple of weeks ago (10 weeks pp) and this was negative.

Fuss it out experience
Does anyone have experience with the Fuss it out method to try and encourage baby to self settle? Specifically wondering if anyone has tried this around 12 weeks or younger. We get decent nighttime sleep but naps are a joke these days and he often wakes when being put down in the cot that it’s driving me a bit nuts!...
