I'm 45 and I have a 5 year old. Some days I'm on my last nerve with all the sass that comes from her. How do you stop from getting overwhelmed about this?

Regretting tubal and ablation
I just turned 40 two weeks ago and have four kiddos, ranging in ages from 19-3. I had my tubes tied and an ablation in 2022 bc we thought we were done having babies. Now I have a deep yearning for another child and am deeply regretting my decision 😭😭

I am the adoring mom of the best 15 y/o... but in the back of my mind there's a little countdown for 5 years or so, when I will be "free again". (Don't get me wrong: I love him and enjoy his company lots!)
