Hello at what point can we stop sterilising bottles my son is nearly 15 months old and has one bottle of cows milk every night before bed. Just wondering if I need to keep sterilising the bottles. (Picture so we don’t get lost)

Please can anyone provide advice - we are currently going down to 1 nap but baby keeps waking up at 5am. What do you do with the nap then?? She's so tired come 4-4.5 hours - and don't want to make her overtired
