Hi! As baby grows how you increase the milk supply? I breastfeed my baby and pump sometimes. But i don’t see the increase. His dr said should feed him 4oz every 3 hours and i just get 3 oz :(

Shallow latch??
HELP!! Im pretty sure my baby has a shallow latch. We have to use a nipple shield to nurse bc I have flat nipples, but my nips are sooo sore and damaged. I thought using a nipple shield prevented pain? The first 20 seconds or so of feeding hurts SO bad I mean screaming kicking pain. Does this sound like a shallow la...
