Help, I'm not sure if this is a cold but my daughter had a slight cold a few days ago, which is much better now. But when sleeping she breathes like she's snoring. This has been happening for the last few days. As if her nose is congested.

And olhem between her mouth and nose (if that makes sense - so sorry can't explain). She's also teething. Is this normal ? Should I go to the GP. She does this noise mostly when sleeping. I don't notice it as much during the day.
