Regression
So we were in the thick of regression (seemed to last from 4 months till 6 months) I've weaned her off the boob over the past few weeks and she's now sleeping from 6pm till 5am... Is this just luck/ coincidence or do babies wake for comfort/feed more when breastfeeding?

How to change sleep habits?
Does anyone else who breast feeds feel like maybe they’ve got their baby into a habit of waking in the night by feeding back to sleep? My baby is waking every 1.5-2 hours atm and it’s breaking me. Has anyone succeeded in getting out of this habit and helping their LO self soothe? I want to try but don’t know how...
