Miscarriages, Ectopics, IVF etc.

So my heart has been broken.. after finding out we where pregnant... then on Tuesday at a early scan due to brown in my urine. They found my pregnancy in the fallopian tube. Absolutely devastated. I had to go for emergency surgery.. how will I get over from this and what happens next! Thinking will I ever conceive now after having my left tube removed 😭 has any one been through this?

I’m around 5+5 and ive had bright red bleeding, filling up a thick pad but no clots or any pain.

Has anyone had this or know what it could be? Ive had a miscarriage before two years ago and im scared its the beginning.

I found out I was pregnant on September 17th , had no pain or anything BUT my body knew something wasn’t right. I had a ectopic tubal in may of 2020 and lost my left tube. Had my first child last year 2023. Something told me ectopic this time around. So I told my doctor and I went in for blood every other day because there was so sac found on the ultrasound. Levels were at 1200, two days later 1460 then the third time I started experiencing cramping before my appointment and spotting. He ruled it out as ectopic because my third results were only in the 1800. I ended getting surgery and found out it was rare ectopic called fimbrial ectopic. Two weeks after surgery I’m still test positive on a test. And my Hcg level is at 208 after two weeks. My doctor is concerned that I will have to take the methotrexate shot. I guess my question is, is it normal to not be at 0 after two weeks of the surgery?

I had an early miscarriage the end of July and have recently found out I’m pregnant again (5.5 weeks). For the last couple of days I have had mild pain/aching in my lower left abdomen which feels like it’s ovary pain. It’s exactly the same place and although mild, doesn’t really go away.

I have no other symptoms but with it being on and off for a few days now I’ve been worried about possible ectopic. I’ve seen the GP who checked me over and wasn’t tender etc, but has booked me in for an early scan next week just to check everything is ok.

Would anyone mind sharing if they had similar and was ok, or what symptoms they had before finding out about ectopic?

Hi all, very new on here as I have just suffered this past week with the news of an ectopic pregnancy on my right side.

So far it doesn’t look like I’ll have to need surgery or methotrexate as my HCG Levels have been going down, and I’m fairly sure I passed the pregnancy yesterday… (I have a photo but obviously quite gruesome - it looks like a big clot with lots of tissue - about the size of an acorn) and I have been bleeding quite a bit today…

My question is for tracking purposes as I’m really hopeful of TTC as soon as possible is would i count this current bleed as a period on tracking apps like Flo or is it simply just the miscarriage and I would start tracking once my levels go down to 0
