Wondering if this is a rash or just eczema? My little girl has eczema flare ups but never seen it like this which is making me question it. It seems really itchy for her & is really dry. She is fine in herself just won’t stop itching which is making it sore. Wondering if anyone can help advise on this, thanks!

For naps my little boy takes at most 20 minutes but for about 3 weeks now it’s been taking him 45 mins-1.5hrs to get to sleep at night time. We have even pushed his bedtime back 30 mins as he just wasn’t sleepy previously but hasn’t made a difference really.
