PCOS Support

Diagnosed with pcos with higher testosterone levels. Also have two boys. Is this the same for anyone else? Will I only be ever destined to be a boy Mum?

So today is my LB 1st birthday! We tried for years to get him and finally had him with the help of HcG and Clomid. We couldn't use the NHS for our 2nd pregnancy attempt, so asked my GP for metformin. I also dont bleed, so also asked him for provera to help trigger a withdrawal bleed. I started the 10mg Provera for 5 days and metformin starting on the 21st of August. Last night I started to feel really sick so went to the bathroom, and I did a routine pregnancy test... which turns out was far from routine, as it was positive!! I dont know if I am in shock, or distracted as it is my sons birthday. Not sure if because i still haven't had a withdrawal bleed, I am thinking it is probably old blood and not viable. I dont know what to think! I went and bought a Clearblue test kit to see how far along I am and it says 2-3 weeks! I have absolutely no idea if it was the fact I did not expect to get pregnant this quick as it took years with a lot more than just metformin last time... I dont know how to process any of this right now. I want to be excited, but also, it feels to unreal right now.

has anyone had Mirena IUD? what was your experience? I can’t have estrogen because of migraines

Berberine and Licorice Root work for anyone if so what changes did you see? If any?

I have been TTC my 2nd child for 3 months now. Not strictly or putting pressure on myself or my husband as I am 11m pp with my 1st. I had 1st on clomid and as NHS won't support me with having 2nd (absolutely no way I can afford to pay for private treatment!!) I wanted to know if there are any methods you guys have tried to get pregnant that have worked? Even the unhinged methods!!! I currently have no periods, insulin resistance, hyperthyroidism, oily skin ... the 'text book' stuff really. And I have never ovulated without the help of clomid. Currently taking: NAC Coq10 Iron Vit D complex Zinc Folic acid Inositol combo

I have spearmint and green tea bags near kettle, but it's remembering to make them!! I'd rather just add more tablets or supplements to my pill box so I dont get mental overload.
