My baby is 1w old

He had a feed at 11 and i put him down for the night. I woke him up at 3 and he wasn’t taking the breast. So i tried him with formula milk. He had 1oz and fell asleep again. Our little one is only 6lb 13 and the sleep bags I have purchased say only use from 8lbs, what is everyone else using for the smaller babies? I have got the love to dream swaddle in newborn but she’s not a huge fan of it and likes to be able to move!
