TTC CONFUSION & PREGNANCY QUESTIONS

Took my first test of the cycle today and got this which is what mine always look like before I ovulate.

Very confused because I had early symptoms and period was due 14th/15th this month instead it was about 4 days late and started during the 18th. Only stopped last night or this morning so really I shouldn’t be ovulating until next week?

Any opinions or advice on this?

Struggling with the test strips and have been TTC for a while - when the control line is the same color or darker that’s when you start and for how many days? Right now we are trying to do it every other day or couple days until the line is dark just in case they’re faulty and I’m just so nervous we’re gonna miss something !

I got my blood results in and im afraid im going to have to be induced early... my cholesterol is sky high. Im pre- diabetic. Im anemic and my iron is low. Could all this cause early labor?

So my last period was November 16th I ovulated on November 30th and had sex on November 30th can I get pregnant that way

I didn’t want to stress about it so I did it when i ovulated knowing sperm stays in for 5 days

So I went to the ER and they did a vaginal ultrasound but said that the fetus was too early to detect a heartbeat so they checked my HCG and my blood it came back at 10,136 is this normal levels for not being far enough along to have a heartbeat? I put my ultrasound picture below what do y'all think? Possible twins or something else?
