Tummy sleeping babies
7 months old and baby has started to roll and sleep on his tummy in the night. I’m not okay with it and I keep turning him back over like 5 times in the night. He can’t yet roll from tummy to back Thoughts??

Pacifier
My baby is nearly 8 months old and he is still taking pacifier while sleeping and somewhere it’s his teething period. My concern is he keeps in his mouth for long term coz he sleeps 10 hours at night and I really want him to discard it please suggest is it fine or I should do something for it.

I’m due to return to work starting with my KIT days from Feb. I’m struggling to get my baby to go to bed any earlier then 10pm - most days past 10pm! How do I start getting him into a routine with sleep & start bedtime around 7pm? Is this possible? I don’t know how I’m going to survive going back to work with 10pm b...
