I'm 6-9 dpo not 100% sure but is this a peak or positive? I just took another waiting for it to finish will post in comments

I thought I was pregnant, I was getting faint positive and I was spotting at first. I have PCOS, I was 4week and 5day long when I got spotting. Long story short, I got my period and passed this. Is this normal? I also did blood test and it said hcg was .6 so.
